Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "dsywin", "we" or "platform" refers to the company that owns and operates the website dsywin.onl and all services offered on it. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any individual who has registered or used this platform. "Services" covers all games, betting, financial transactions, promotions and other functions available at dsywin.

This agreement takes effect as soon as you indicate your consent during the registration process. It governs the entire relationship between you and dsywin, covering use of the platform, account management, financial transactions and participation in promotions. This document should be read together with the dsywin Privacy Policy, which forms part of the same regulatory framework.

Account Registration and Management

To register a dsywin account, users must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Provide accurate and valid personal information, including full name as per identity card (MyKad), active mobile phone number and a valid email address.
• Not be currently barred from gambling under any court order or self-exclusion programme.
• Register one account only. Holding more than one account is a serious breach of these terms.

dsywin reserves the right to request additional documents for identity verification purposes at any time, including a copy of an identity card, bank statement or other relevant documents. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in account suspension or closure. Users are fully responsible for updating their account information if any changes occur to their personal details.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

dsywin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions use Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) as the base currency, except for cryptocurrency which will be converted at the current rate.

Minimum deposit limit: RM30 for all payment methods.

Minimum withdrawal limit: RM50 for all payment methods.

Withdrawals are usually processed within 1 hour after the request is approved. dsywin does not charge any internal processing fees, though third-party payment providers may charge their own fees which are outside our control.

All withdrawals will be directed to the same method used for the deposit, unless there is a valid technical reason. dsywin reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for identity verification purposes, compliance with bonus requirements or investigation of suspicious activity.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

dsywin offers various promotions to new and existing members. Our welcome bonus gives an additional 150% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement applied is 25 times the value of the bonus received.

Calculation examples to help you understand how wagering requirements work:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM150 → balance RM250 → total wagering required: RM150 × 25 = RM3,750
• Deposit RM1,400 → bonus RM1,000 → balance RM2,400 → total wagering required: RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000

All other bonuses such as reload bonuses, VIP cashback programme and special promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements stated on their respective promotion pages. The dsywin VIP programme offers weekly cashback of up to 1.2% for Diamond tier members. Full details of each promotion should be read before accepting it.

dsywin reserves the right to change, suspend or end any promotion without prior notice. Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the related accounts.

Game Rules and Betting

All games offered at dsywin — including slots, live casino, sportsbook, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo and other games — are operated according to their respective rules which can be found within the game interface. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.

In the event of a technical failure that causes an error in a game, dsywin reserves the right to cancel the affected round and return the bet to the user. Any winnings obtained from a technical failure are invalid and will not be paid out.

For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the ones that apply, unless a clear and obvious error occurs that differs significantly from the market. dsywin reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds.

Prohibited Activities and Usage Restrictions

Users are strictly prohibited from carrying out the following on the dsywin platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Collaborating with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Registering multiple accounts to gain bonus advantages that are not entitled.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing activities.
• Abusing the customer support system with false complaints or misleading information.
• Sharing account login details with other parties.
• Using a credit card or payment method that does not belong to you without valid authorisation.

Any violation may result in immediate suspension, account closure, and forfeiture of any remaining balance or pending withdrawals. dsywin reserves the right to take legal action if illegal activity is detected.

Data Protection and Privacy

dsywin is committed to protecting users' personal information. All data collected during registration and use of the platform is managed in accordance with dsywin's Privacy Policy, available on our Privacy Policy page.

Your personal information is used only for account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. dsywin will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, unless required by the relevant authorities.

By registering, you agree that dsywin may use aggregated and anonymised transaction data for analytics and service improvement purposes.

dsywin's Limitation of Liability

dsywin is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of gambling activities on this platform. Users acknowledge that gambling involves the risk of losing money and choose to accept that risk knowingly.

dsywin is also not responsible for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or disruptions from payment providers. In such cases, we will work to restore the service as quickly as possible.

dsywin's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

Account Suspension and Closure

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, all unfulfilled bonus conditions will be forfeited and any remaining cash balance may be withdrawn subject to standard verification conditions.

As part of dsywin's commitment to responsible gambling, users may also apply for self-exclusion for a specific period. During the self-exclusion period, your account will be deactivated and you will not receive any promotional communications from us.

dsywin reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is activity that violates these terms, or upon instruction from the relevant legal authorities.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

dsywin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or email notifications to the registered address.

Continued use of the dsywin platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms. Users are advised to review this page from time to time to ensure they are always aware of the latest version of the terms.

The Malay language version of this document is the official version applicable to users in Malaysia. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the original, the version more favourable to the user will apply.
